Exchange Policy
At ARANYAA, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes the size, color, or style might need to be corrected. That’s why we offer free exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
Initiate Your Exchange:
Visit our returns and exchange portal and provide your order number and email address.
Select the item(s) you want to exchange, specify the new size, color, or style, and provide the reason for the exchange.
Prepare Your Package:
Please repack the item(s) in their original packaging or a secure alternative.
Ensure all tags are attached and the item(s) are in unworn, unwashed, and original condition.
Shipping Your Return:
After your exchange request is approved, you will receive a prepaid Canada Post return label via email.
Print and attach the return label to your package.
Drop off the package at any Canada Post location or mailbox.
Receiving Your Exchange:
Once we receive the item(s) and verify their condition, we will ship the replacement item(s) at no additional cost.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once the new item(s) arrive.
Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility: Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached).
Exclusions: Final sale, clearance, or personalized items are not eligible for exchanges.
Free Shipping: Return shipping for exchanges is free within Canada, the USA, and the UK using the provided Canada Post label. Shipping the new item(s) will come at an additional cost.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative options.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please use the contact form to contact us.
Multiple Exchanges: Additional shipping fees may apply if you need to exchange your item more than once.
Restocking Fee: A 20% fee may apply if the product is returned without tags. If a product is returned damaged, the refund may be canceled.
