Cancellation Policy
At ARANYAA, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. We strive to make this process as easy as possible for our customers. Please review the following guidelines regarding order cancellations:
Cancellation Window
Before Shipping: You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed and shipped. Please get in touch with our customer service team through the contact us form as soon as possible to do so. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel it.
After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped from our warehouse in Ajax, Ontario, we cannot process a cancellation. However, you may return the order following our returns policy once you receive it.
Processing Time for Cancellations
Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will work to confirm and process it within 24-48 hours. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and refund your payment in full.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully canceled before shipping, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. The refund will be processed using your original form of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Cancellable Items
Certain items may be exempt from cancellation, including:
Final sale or clearance items.
Personalized or custom-made items.
