Returns Policy
At ARANYAA, we ensure you love your purchase. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order, we offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
Initiate Your Return:
Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address.
Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return.
Prepare Your Package:
Please repack the item(s) in their original packaging or a secure package.
Ensure all tags are attached, and the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Shipping Your Return:
Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid Canada Post return label via email.
Affix the return label to your package.
Drop off the package at any Canada Post location or mailbox.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and meet the condition requirements (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
Exclusions: Personalized, final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
Free Returns: The return shipping is free for all eligible items within Canada, the USA, and the UK.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
