At ARANYAA, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're unhappy, we offer free refunds on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Select the item(s) you wish to return for a refund and the reason for your return.
Prepare Your Return:
Please pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging or a suitable alternative.
Ensure all tags are attached and the item(s) are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
Ship Your Return:
Once your refund request is approved, we will email you a prepaid Canada Post return label.
Attach the label to your package and drop it off at any Canada Post location or mailbox.
Refund Processing:
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refund Eligibility:
Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days from delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Exclusions: Items marked as final sale, clearance, or personalized/custom products are not eligible for refunds.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is free within Canada, the USA, and the UK using the provided Canada Post label.

Restocking Fee: A 20% fee may apply if the product is returned without tags. If a product is returned damaged, the refund may be canceled.
Refund Timing: While we aim to process refunds promptly, please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
